*Unfurnished exhibition space does not contain the peripheral walls or flooring. Furnishing of the exhibition space (peripheral walls and flooring) is mandatory. Exhibitors may submit a request for furnishing (by filling out the Order Form) or take the responsibility for furnishing the exhibition space themselves.

Registration includes the application fee and the exhibitor's presentation on the fair's website. The ecological compensation covers the preparation of ecological stations for waste disposal during setup and dismantling, the provision of waste bags, and the removal of waste bags from exhibition spaces during the fair. Payment of the registration and ecological compensation is mandatory for all exhibitors.
For all exhibition spaces higher than 2.5 m, the exhibitor, based on the sketch of the exhibition space with marked basic dimensions, obtains written permission from the organizer and settles the mandatory registration for the exhibition space higher than 2.5 m (no later than 30 days before the assembly of the fair). The registration must also be settled if the individual elements (banners, flags, etc.) at the exhibition space exceed 2.5 m in height.

The TAX in not included and is to be paid by Exhibitor. Organiser reserves the right to change the prices by applying article 112 of Slovene Code of Obligations in case of the "effect of changed circumstances", which Organiser could not predict at the time of setting the prices.
